Whatever thoughts, beliefs, opinions, theories or ideas you imprint
or engrave in your subconscious, you will experience them as an objective manifestation of circumstances, situations and events.
Thοse things you “register” internally, you will experience them
externally. Your life has two sides, objective and subjective, visible
and invisible, thought and its expression.
The thought is processed by the brain, the organ of the conscious,
logical mind. When the conscious mind (or objective mind) accepts the
thought completely, then it is sent to the solar plexus, called the
“brain of the mind”. There it takes “flesh and bones”, so then to
manifest into your reality.
As noted above, your subconscious has no objections.
It just acts according to what is entered into it. It accepts your
verdict or the conclusions of your consciousness as accomplished facts.
So, we could say that you continuously write the book of your life,
since your thoughts are transformed into experiences. The American
essayist Ralph Waldo Emerson said: “Man is what he thinks all day”.

The Distinction Between Conscious and Subconscious Mind
"Our greatest treasure is that which is hidden deep within our own
subconscious, it is that dark unused part of our self that is in fact
light that is unconscious of itself."
~ Carl Jung
The conscious and the subconscious mind are not two different things, but the two sides of the same coin. The conscious is the part of the mind that makes the logical processes and selects.
For example, you choose your books, your home, your life partner. All decisions are made by your conscious mind. On the other, without any conscious effort on your part, your heart beats endlessly and functions of digestion, blood circulation and respiration continued with unconscious processes and without the control of your conscious awareness.
Your subconscious mind accepts whatever you capture on it or that you believe consciously. It doesn’t consider the things logically like the conscious mind and do not argue against you. The subconscious is likened to the soil where it receives seed roll, good or bad.
Thoughts are something active and could be likened to seeds. The negative, destructive thoughts continue to work negatively in your subconscious and, with time, will bring the situation relating there to them.
The subconscious does not examine whether these thoughts are good or bad, true or false. It reacts based on the nature of your thoughts or suggestions. For example, if you consciously think that something is true, although it is not, your subconscious will accept it as a fact and proceed in the process of creating the experience that this specific reality implies.

How Your Mind Can Influence Your Genes
American biologist claims that genes can be
affected by signals located in the external environment of the cell, such as
thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Cell biologist Dr. Bruce H. Lipton (formerly professor of medical courses in high school and now scientific researcher) was one of the first scientists who detected this effect. Having performed a series of experiments, he revealed that the cell membrane is an organic analogue of a computer chip.
Although these views conflict with the scientific doctrine, which states that genes are those that control behavior, similar publications of other researchers have strengthen this view.
Quantum physics of cell biology
Dr. Lipton is also one of the first researchers who applied the principles of quantum physics in cell biology. While traditional cell biology focuses on physical cells as biological control agents, Lipton’s research concerns the mechanisms by which the energy in the form of beliefs can affect biological functions, and even the genetic code.
Applying modern physics to biology, he examines its impact on our lives. It turns out that people not only can control their gene activity, but also change their genetic code through their beliefs. Until recently, it was believed that genes were activated automatically and became active or inactive by themselves. This kind of gene behavior could justify a theoretical model, where the genes would be the factor that controls the biological functions.
Although the power of genes continues to be emphasized in biological studies and textbooks, a radically innovative approach has come to disturb the calm waters of cellular biology. It can now be accepted that the environment and especially our worldview directly affects our gene activity.
During the first 6 years of life, the child acquires the behavioral repertoire that he needs in order to be a functional member of society. Additionally, his subconscious mind forms beliefs about his own personality. When a parent tells the child that he is silly or gives him any other negative trait, this information is perceived as fact by the child’s subconscious.
Such acquired beliefs form the ‘central voice’ that controls the function of the cellular ‘community’ of the body. While consciously someone can have great self-confidence, these powerful subconscious beliefs can lead to the self-destructive behavior.
How the conscious and the subconscious mind interrelate
The most dangerous aspect of our ‘automated’ functions is that they are controlled by the subconscious, without any control or even observation of consciousness. We believe that with willpower we can change the negative programming of our subconscious.
Unfortunately, despite it sounds simple, in reality it is very difficult: it means that one should have such power so that he can be an observer and controller at the same time. Once the consciousness takes a small break, your subconscious will automatically get the control to play the familiar and very firmly established role.
The subconscious mind is like a tape recorder
In our subconscious there is no observer to check what has been recorded. Therefore, there is no distinction into good or bad behavior. It simply records, independently of the quality. In this perspective the subconscious mind is like a tape recorder, which uses specific behavioral programs that are activated by specific stimuli.
Unlike the conscious mind, the subconscious is much stronger regarding to ‘editing’ of information. Many neuroscientists think that the conscious mind represents only 5% of our total mental activity. The rest is the thoughts which are constantly occupying our minds and the attitudes we adopt without even being able to perceive or control them. Therefore, it is evident that the conscious needs an incredibly strong willpower in order not to control, but even to simply observe and identify the behavior that comes from the subconscious. Positive thinking can help, but you need to establish a form of cooperation with the subconscious.
Knowing now that what we are and what we can become is a state that can be taken under our control, albeit with great effort, it is necessary to look within ourselves, to trust our inner observer and get it to work for us. If we know the mechanisms that move our behavior, we can improve them and thus improve our biological condition.
